TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All our charter bookings must be paid in full in advance.
  • CANCELLATION: For a full refund, cancel up to 30 days before the boat charter start time or within 24hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48hrs before the start time.  75% refund of amount paid will be given upto 15 days before the boat charter start time.
  • A typical full day charter starts from 9-9.30am till 5-5.30pm.   Guests are encouraged to be at the marina 15mins before scheduled time.  Parking normally is always possible on either side of the road to Valletta in front of the SAMIZU restaurant.  Guests are to call on +35679212039 when they arrive at the Marina di Valletta and the Captain will come to great the guests and take them to the boat.
  • AT ALL TIMES GUESTS MUST RESPECT AND OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE CAPTAIN.
  • Subject to availability, additional hours can be added at €100 per hour.
  • Pick up/drop off point is from Marina di Valletta.  Pontoon C
  • You can bring your own food and drinks
  • You can connect your own music to the boat’s sound system via Bluetooth
  • This boat charter requires good weather.  If it is cancelled due to poor weather , you will be notified before and offered a different date or a full refund if this is not possible.
  • Whilst the route is not set because of wind or other factors, we always do our utmost to meet our clients expectations but due to your safety, the Captain’s say will always have the final say.
  • Water and soft drinks will be provided.  However, there will be an additional 45ltr cooler available to store your drinks or food.
  • EXTRA FUEL: When the 30Nm are reached, the Captain will inform the guests and the additional fuel will be charged accordingly as per Marina di Valletta fuel rates including commission.   This will be calculated by the Captain and is to be paid in cash upon berthing to the marina
  • What to bring on the day : swimwear and towels, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, camera, food and drink
  • If any of the guests knows that they suffer from motion sickness it is recommended to get in touch with a health care practitioner some days before the chartering date who can recommend an over-the-counter or prescription medication which should be taken about an hour before hopping aboard or as otherwise recommended.
